One year on.

Well Barry, a year has passed by so quick, and it seems like only yesterday. I think of you every minute of every day, the first moment I wake up and the last when I turn my light off at night. Every day is so sad without you.

The boys are all doing okay, Matthew enjoys his university course, that's nearly the first year over. Ben has his real exams in May - send him some strong vibes to get him revising please! Ha! The boys are off for Easter, still in bed even at 11.33am on a Saturday. Whoever invented the xbox, needs a talking to! Ha! Sam is still "Sam", nothing changes with him, think he worries a lot, keeps his emotions hidden. Think this makes his eczema worse, but he is doing well at school. He is growing so tall now, they all are. You would be so proud of them all. Alfie has his first lot of exams after Easter - he's never had any since he started at Deeping, because of lockdowns and covid etc. He still hates school , but he is bright so hope he does well.

Well I try to keep busy. You will be pleased to know all your stamps and albums are safely stored in black stacking crates (yes, more boxes! ha! Ha!), and plan is sort one crate out every 6 months or year - that will keep me busy for next 10 to 20 years!. Gradually emptying the office, now most in conservatory, so room can be made into a bedroom for dad. Converted back of office into a little ensuite, small but sufficient.

Matthew is doing well with his driving, he's even been to Nottingham with his mate Sam for the weekend to celebrate Stefan's birthday. Matty just needs to get himself a job!

Cindy sleeps your side of the bed every night, it is such a comfort when she sleeps there - although she doesn't snore quite like you! Ha!

Well, better go, Chrissy is coming up to day, although its nearly lunchtime already. She's only just setting off, so I will go and take flowers to the crem, got some lovely ones for you.

Sonia came round yesterday with a lovely bunch of  roses. I often share the flowers from home with you, so it feels like a little bit of home is going to be with you. By the way Barry's bar as made it through the winter and your lovely palms are doing fab. Vicky sent a lovely inscribed heart for your garden as well.

Well I will say bye for now, I love you with all my heart and always will. Miss you so so much. All my love, Lyn xxxx
